I have a shared room for rent asap. We are two female Brooks students living in a two-bedroom apartment, who each have our own room and one is looking to share. The room to be shared is very large and can easily fit a queen sized mattress. The apartment has a washer and dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The ceiling in the living room has 12-foot vaulted ceilings. We have a gas fireplace. Also, there is a balcony that faces the Old Coast Highway.
Each of us are very quiet and are not big on bringing parties to the house. We maintain a clean apartment and respect each others spaces. We get along great, and are looking for someone to replace our current third roommate who is looking to move out as soon as we find a replacement.
This place is seriously a catch for how inexpensive it is. The only added cost to the rent is the cost of cable/internet, which would be $33 a month. All utilities are included, aside from that. There is also a security down payment of $633.
