15 minute bike ride to UCSB campus, 10 minute walk to Bus lines 11 or 6, and
15 minute drive to downtown or UCSB.
There is 1 PhD student, 1 postdoc and 1 young professional living at the
house currently. This is a working household, with the PhD and Postdoc
focused on research and the young professional going to work at 6 in the
morning.
While we try to get together for house dinners once a week, there
are no large parties allowed at the house. We are looking for a like minded
individual to take the vacant room.
Rent is $640 a month with approximately $30-50 dollars a month in utilities.
There is a $900 security deposit and $85 rental application fee is due
before move in.
The management company does not allow pets in the house and there is no
smoking or illegal drug use. NEED TO PROVE PERSONAL INCOME/NO CO-SIGNERS
