I have a single room for rent at Garden Court Apartments, 4 blocks from the UC Campus. The room is pretty big, with lots of storage and closet space and a built-in desk. It has its own sink area and bathroom, with a shower but no tub. The tub is in the other bathroom. There’s a medium-small kitchen and living room. The rent for the room is $772.50 only available as a non-smoking single. The lease is month to month, and you must be approved by the management and sign the lease before you move in. Security deposit is $800. Room is available August 10th. The complex has a pool and laundry on site. Utilities except for internet, cable and electricity included. I am a female UCSB student going into my fourth year. As a physics major I do need fairly quiet study time during the week but like to have fun on the weekends.
