I'm looking into a great house in a pleasant neighborhood in Lompoc, but I need people to share it with. Rent would depend on the total number of renters (each with a room), with a maximum of four people/rooms total.
Better suited for those who enjoy social contact, laughter, and the presence of a small cat, and who are neither slobs nor particularly anal, who share a generally positive attitude, who are impeccably responsible, with some sort of smarts, and who do NOT do drugs or smoke.
I think another dog or cat would be alright, though I'm not positive.
