I unfortunately am relocating for work this summer and have to leave this amazing place. The room for rent is the master bedroom with attached master bathroom in highly desired Winchester Commons. The room is very clean, large, spacious and bright with two windows that have views of green open space. Additionally, the room has a sizable walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a large vanity and deluxe roman soaking tub that you can relax in after long days. The shower has a massaging shower head.
The house itself is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. There is a fenced in yard space perfect for barbecues and stargazing. The house includes a washer and dryer, full service kitchen, dining room and large living room. There is plenty of storage space in the garage and attached hall closets. Additionally, the house has a gas fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch; perfect for those cold Santa Barbara nights.
You will be sharing the house with two awesome roommates who are clean, laid back, and respectful of your personal space. You should be a young professional or graduate student who does not have any pets. Additionally, you should be clean, drug free and a non-smoker.
