I have a medium size Refrigerator for yourself. We have a breakfast Nook were we put a kitchen table and chairs for your use.This includes water,electricity,gas, and trash.I would like a 1200 security deposit.This area of the house is available to you by Jun. 1st.We can work something out in the mean time if you need a place to stay now.
