If you go to UCSB you are less than ten minutes by car.SBCC is five minutes by car anf if you don't have a car you are two blocks away from the bus stop to go where you need to go.What else could you ask for?As long as you clean up after yourself and help with keeping the bathroom and kitchen clean and don't party evry nite I basically have no rules.
