I have a room opening up June 1st and another one July 1st.
The house:
3bd/2ba, fenced back yard and a large front yard (not fenced), off-street parking, large garage for storage or as an art space, big kitchen/dining room, large living room and plenty o' good vibes.
The people:
-Naomie (that's me), I am a 29 yr old single working mama, vegetarian, love music, dance, art, poetry, spreading love and kindness and am easy to live with.
-Elijah...is my 9 yr old son who is one of the coolest kids you'll ever meet. He is vegetarian as well, loves to climb trees, skateboard, surf, practice karate, make people laugh, read, is kind, compassionate and so much more.
-Melissa- is a 28 yr old UCSB student who will be moving out in July. She is vegan, mellow, easy going and loves laughter.
I have lived in this house for 4 years now and have been blessed with great house mates. I want to continue the tradition and keep this house full of love, laughter and that feeling of "home". I am looking for someone who is vegetarian, cool with kids and dogs, clean, silly, easy going, environmentally conscious, drama free, wants to be a part of the house and is into a communal vibe. I like for everyone in the house to feel like family...that is the goal. Drinking wine or beer is fine but no alcoholics or crazy party people please.
Rent is $900 + $50 utilities/mo. + $700 refundable deposit.
