I have a room in a 2 BR, 1 1/2 Bath apartment that will be available as of June 1st. You would have your own room and it is fairly large, and also has a good size closet. Full house access: kitchen, living room, bathroom. There is a lot of storage space and I have never had any problems with not enough room.
I am moving out at the end of May due to other living arrangements I have for next year and I am looking for someone to finish off my lease (and stay longer if you wish). The lease ends in July so really it is only 2 months that need to be finished off.
My roommate Mike is a chill guy who likes to have people over occasionally and likes to have fun (also 420 friendly). Also he has kept the house pretty clean so there has never been a problem with living in a messy or dirty house. He is 21 and he does have a large dog but he is honestly the coolest dog I have ever met. I am actually allergic to dogs and have not once had any problems living with him for some reason. He is preferably looking for a male around the same age who is outgoing.
There are also 2 parking spaces for the apartment so you never have to worry about finding parking across the street. There is also a swimming pool in the middle of the complex perfect for the summer weather.
Most of the people in the complex are college students and are all extremely friendly. I have lived here since August of last year and I enjoyed the time I had but unfortunately I will not be able to finish off the year.
The rent will be $800 per month plus utilities (water and trash are paid for) for June and July but my parents have offered to help pay $100 of that for the rest of my lease so rent will only be 700. Starting in August rent will then be $850 per month with a 1 year lease.
