In need of a roomate for June 16 and on. The apartment is a two bedroom two bathroom unit located on 6689 El Colegio Rd (Garden Court Apartments). It is near UCSB and the 101. The rent is cheap but the apartment is worned down as it has been past down from one group to another. Looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and chill.
