Hey everyone looking for housing this is a good deal.
Have your own master bd. own bathroom for $820 a month. I am looking for professionals and/or working students. I would take anybody who's cool, but co-signers aren't gonna do it. The Apt. complex is "affordable housing" and personal income is a must.
I am open to many options that get the master filled starting July, and a committment of at least a year is a must. I am still in SBCC and don't want to deal with housing issues during the upcoming school year.
