Hello - We have an extra room that we would like to rent to an individual. The room is about 11x14 with a separate entrance (sliding glass door) Shared bathroom and kitchen. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. Cable and utilities included. Must like cats, kids, and be a non-smoker. Short term is ok.
