Kitchen, living, and dining rooms are down stairs with a ½ bath as well. Split utilities 3 ways (water, electric, trash, gas, cable/ wireless internet).
Less than 1/2 block walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, post office, bank, fast food, gas station and shops. Only about a 3 minute drive to SBCC and a short walk as well.
I need someone who is responsible and respective, yet fun and easy to get along with. l keep the house picked up, and looking for roommates that will clean up after yourselves as well.
