living in a cool upstairs 3/2 unit in Goleta just off Hollister and Los Carneros. My buddy I am sharing the master bed and connected bath with is planning on moving out at the end of June, so I need to fill the spot or find other housing(I don't want to do the later now).
This apt. is much better than almost anything in I.V. and located parallel to campus across Hollister Ave. only 10 min. bike ride to campus, 15 if your not in a hurry. Parking cars isn't a problem in this complex, and we will equally share a carport with the other roomies. Only hitch to get this place, is that there are no co-signers, you need good credit, and you need at least a small income.
