Community Manager -- Ventura, CA.

The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to manage the day to day operations at a 268 unit multi-family community in Ventura, CA.

Are you an excellent team builder with the ability to coach and mentor? Are you goal driven self motivator with a passion for property management? If you are an energetic multi-family housing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, this may be the position for you! Compensation may include a two-bedroom apartment.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Initiate and manage all essential multi-family business processes including:
 Leasing, sales and marketing
 Resident relations and retention
 Client and vendor relations
 Maintenance and capital projects
 Budgets and financial accountability
 Accounts receivable and accounts payable
 Recruitment, selection and team development
Qualified candidates should have:

REQUIREMENTS

 CAM or ARM preferred
 5+ years multi-family conventional management experience
 Solid understanding of Fair Housing Guidelines
 Experience supervising teams of six or more employees
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 High level of flexibility and ability to effectively manage change
 Advanced level Yardi proficiency
 Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
 The ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve leasing and operational goals
 A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
