Community Manager -- Ventura, CA.
The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a Community Manager to manage the day to day operations at a 268 unit multi-family community in Ventura, CA.

If you are an energetic multi-family housing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, this may be the position for you! Compensation may include a two-bedroom apartment.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Initiate and manage all essential multi-family business processes including:
Leasing, sales and marketing
Resident relations and retention
Client and vendor relations
Maintenance and capital projects
Budgets and financial accountability
Accounts receivable and accounts payable
Recruitment, selection and team development
Qualified candidates should have:
REQUIREMENTS
CAM or ARM preferred
5+ years multi-family conventional management experience
Solid understanding of Fair Housing Guidelines
Experience supervising teams of six or more employees
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of flexibility and ability to effectively manage change
Advanced level Yardi proficiency
Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
The ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve leasing and operational goals
A valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
