Deuce the cat (Santa Barbara)

We are looking for a new home for our cat Deuce. He is a 3 year old, neutered, male cat. The reason we need to find him a new home is because our older female cat HATES him. He has no problem with her, but she can't stand him. At first they loved each other, then about a year ago she decided she hated him and she hasn't gotten over it... He is a very affectionate cat and loves to be held, petted, sit in your lap, etc. He is an indoor cat and needs to stay that way. He will occasionally run out the door, but he gets scared and runs right back inside.
We tried to find a home for him a few months ago, but never found the right person/ people. He is really a sweet cat and would be a great pet. We are sad about having to rehome him, but to try and keep the peace in our household, we feel this is best for him and the other cat.
