Great dog looking for perfect match (Santa Barbara)

Let me start by saying Kenna is a great and VERY loving dog. She belongs to my Mom who is having to find her a new home due to the fact we have recently moved in with her and Kenna has started to bark and get quite annoyed with my 18 month old daughter. Kenna is very protective over my Mom and is very protective over her "territory" (my Mom's room). She has NEVER bit anyone but we just do not want her to get to that point with my daughter. My Mom has taken her to multiple training classes and it seems to work for about a week and then she just returns to her old behavior. My Mom lives in a condo so Kenna is used to being inside, although she goes out for walks three to four times a day. She is completely potty trained and is inside all day while my Mom is at work. We suspected she is around 5 years old and is a Besinji terrier mix, my Mom adopted her in 2003 when she was a puppy. She loves to run at Wilcox property and go on hikes. She loves to chase balls and bring them back. Kenna would be perfect for a single person with or without another dog, that can spend lots of time with her or even a family with older children (she does great with my 5year old niece). As I stated before she is such a good dog and we just want to find her the perfect match! She does great with other dogs and most cats.
