Cornerstone House of Santa Barbara is currently seeking a qualified, certified QMRP to serve our 6 clients with developmental disabilities on a contractual basis.
The QMRP's primary responsibility is the development, implementation and coordination of all client program services, which includes services provided by outside agencies. Specifically, the job involves supervision and training of staff, design and review of client Individual Service Plans, and integration of the various aspects of the facility's services to clients. The QMRP has overall responsibility for the health, safety and well-being of clients and must also be familiar with assurance compliance and state and federal licensing regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
Minimum 1 year of experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities
QMRP Certification
Must be able to work 10 hours per week
