The selected candidate will have administrative and management experience in a multi-function agency with experience in a mental health setting providing program development and implantation, providing strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills, including detailed day-to-day effective oversight of the facilities, program components, volunteers, and staff. Provide direction and leadership to staff, including overseeing recruitment, recommending new hires, supervising and evaluating performance of program, employees and volunteers.
Requirements Include:
• Experience working with clients with mental health disabilities
• Experience supervising people
• Program design and development
• Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• HR experience is a strong plus
