Found Ladies brand name Watch (Santa Ynez Flower Stand)

Found Ladies watch at the Flowers by Sir Gregory flower stand and fruit market in Santa Ynez. This was found quite some time ago and probably thought lost forever as I was unsure what to do with it.
I have it and it is safe. I would like to get this watch back to its rightful owner as soon as possible. If you can describe it it will be returned to you.
