Free rent in exchange for childcare (Santa Barbara)

Position/place available June 1st. I am offering free rent in exchange for 20-25 hour of child care per week. Private room with separate entrance in large, private residence- San Roque neighborhood. Kids are 6 and 9. I need help mostly in the evenings and some time on weekends. Occasional driving might be needed. Must be responsible, reliable, flexible and really enjoy being around kids.
