Mother's helper/personal asistant- 10-15 hours per week (Montecito)

We seek a patient, energetic, enthusiastic, dependable person to care for our five year old daughter and do other tasks a mother typically does, one or two mornings, afternoons and one weekend evening per week. The days and times are somewhat flexible. I am looking for someone who loves to be active and enjoys physical games with kids and can be very creative about it. We seek someone who is self-motivated, organized and a take-charge kind of person that will look to see what is needed. Applicant must have several excellent references in childcare, a safe reliable car and clean driving record.
Our family attends Montecito Covenant Church.
