On-call Babysitter Needed (Santa Barbara)

I am a single mom of a 7 year old boy. I work full time and have missed numerous days of work to take care of my son when he is ill. This year has been especially difficult with all of the terrible flus that have been going around and due to the fact that my son gets migraines. I am in a new job and although they are understanding about illness, I cannot continue to miss work when my son is ill. I am looking for someone who can be on call to watch my son when he is home sick from school so that I can go to work and keep my job. Since this involves taking care of a sick child, I am willing to pay a higher hourly rate ($20 per hour). Please e-mail me if this would interest you at all. Thanks so much.
