Hello!
We are seeking a part-time babysitter/mother's helper in our Buellton home for our children (4 yo boy & 7 yo girl), starting in July. Our kids are loving, intelligent, innocent, playful, open hearted, and joyful. We are a fairly goofy, fun Christian family and are seeking someone compatible with our parenting style. You MUST be reliable and not flaky! Other than that, Kindness, Integrity, Sweet Disposition, High Energy, and Creativity are all valuable to us. If we sound like a match, we'd love to meet you!
Other than Thursdays, working hours will be flexible each week, but we'll guarantee at least 12 hours each week. We definitely need Thursday afternoons from 2:00-7:00, and at least 2 other days/evenings per week. Other than Thursdays, we are flexible with our schedule and are looking for the same!
Pay is $10.00 per hour with room for advancement. We are looking for someone who can commit for at least one year, and hopefully longer.
