I am moving back to SB after living in Chico for the past 6 month's. I will be working FT in SB and going to school PT. I always pay my bills on time and like to help out around the house. I do however have a small Jack Russell Terrier that is very well house trained. He doesn't bark, or keep people up at night. He sleeps the whole night through and is fine by himself when I leave him at home. And he gets along well with other dogs and cats. I'm looking to move in no later then June 1st.
