I am super chill, fun, and genuinely nice. I am courteous and respectful, though not a neat freak. I am responsible and studious but also love to party. I'm 420 friendly but usually don't partake, myself. I'm more of a drinker, but totally fine with other people's habits.

Gizmo is a pappillon and pekingese mix. He looks like a gremlin. He has growing hair like us, not fur, so he doesn't shed at all. He's 8 years old, and a rescue dog. He's been through a lot so he just wants TLC. He loves attention and affection by gentle hands. He's mellow and calm but gets very perky and puppy-like at certain times (like when there's a squeaky toy, he sees someone holding his leash, or he just finished getting dried after a bath). He's housebroken but very territorial, so if he lives with another male dog he may try to mark inside the house at first. He's allowed on couches and that's not gonna change, so that's gotta be ok with everyone. Also, although he's a total cuddle-bear lapdog, he's also a little adventurer and loves to explore and sniff around outside and pee on all the smells, lol, so a backyard would be ideal.

Gizmo and I are both super chill and fun. Call me ASAP if you have a place for us!

As I said, I have a dog and this has been the greatest obstacle in finding a place. Leo is ~2yo, a male, neutered American Staffordshire. He doesn't really bark, is house-broken and only chews his stuff. He's about 50lbs and all love - great with people, kids included, charming, funny, cuddly, loyal and very bonded to me. His only flaw is that he was a mistreated dog whom I rescued and he does not like other dogs or cats.

Today it occurred to me that I could also post here with some specifics. Now, I don't usually highlight my hobbies and general nerddom because it isn't real relevant. But it would be fun to find a house with similar interests who would appreciate what I bring to the table: geeky entertainment, and lots of it.

I usually put my 50" Plasma HDTV, numerous game consoles, HTPC (Home Theater PC), Rock Band instruments, surround sound system and the like in my own room, throw on the headphones and solo it. But shared fun is the best kind of fun, and I'm not such a nerd that I wouldn't really enjoy sharing my wealth of fun with others. I love social gaming, be it a multiplayer Co-op, Rock Band jam session or even a good game of PnP Dungeons and Dragons. Folks, I have a ridiculous amount of goodies. I have a huge collection of Blu-Ray movie disc and this TV is amazing. I have literally thousands of game titles for everything from NES to Xbox 360. I've got wireless controllers hooked up and calibrated to the PC so we can play old-school arcade games. It's...ridiculous. I never have enough free time to play even a fraction of these, of course, but when I do I'd like to share my bounty.

I am not really looking for a stereotypical sweaty nerd den. In fact, most of my past housemates have been women. I find that there are more boundaries respected and it is kept more professional in general with opposing genders in a platonic living situation (cleaner, too). But I don't have a specific bias, I am just trying to point out that while I love gaming and all things nerdy, I'm also into cool stuff like personal hygiene, keeping the place tolerably clean and respecting personal space.

Whether you are a true-blue geek, or just someone who would enjoy a regular house get-together for Rock Band/Movie night/Street Fighter 2/Halo/whatever, shoot me a message. The dollar amount I put is just an average...I would prefer less, or can afford more: it all depends on the size and amenities of the room. I am fully furnished, I just recently spent around 8 grand at American Signature on brand new furniture (mostly for my room) that is less than a year old. This includes everything from couches, entertainment center (sans the tv, my 40in flat screen burned out - since moving is so expensive its not wise for me to allocate any additional funds right now for a new big screen, but if you dont have one I will replace it within the first couple of months, i do however have a temporary 24 inch plasma that i normally keep in my room that I've been using) washer and dryer, all the kitchen ware you can think of (designer plates and cookware) to computer desk/office desk to lighting. Down below I've included a few pics of my furniture but since CL only allows such a small dimension feel free to email me for fullsize or additional pics.

I do not have any pets, although I would not mind getting a small dog (possibly a french bulldog) over the next 6 months, however if you are allergic I have no issues with not getting one. My side hobby is cooking so I always keep the fridge and pantry stocked, but I do not want that to be an open invitation for anyone to think its free food day 24/7 and not be responsible for buying groceries as well, however as with virtually everything I own, I share it all so have at it.

Since I work out/exercise a lot I rarely drink but never do drugs, I dont care if you drink like a fish but illegal drugs are not permitted. Smoking (420 included) on the porch or outside in general is fine.

I would like to live anywhere between Camarillo and Santa Barbara granted its a nice place. My only concern is that whomever is interested is aware that I have lots of money invested in student loans and as such my credit rating is flawless as far as history... but not sterling due to debt to income; as such it is difficult for me to get a 2 bedroom apartment on my own just off my credit. So be aware that unless you have solid credit I will not be able to float you for applying to whatever apartment or house we choose. I do not want to spend more than 750 a month for rent, utilities I always split, but since im a college student the cheaper the better. I would prefer someone in a similar situation (student or young professional) - gender does not matter. If interested or if you have any questions please contact me and and we can go from there.


Other than that I'm just your typical Georgia guy that enjoys partying, playing and watching sports, and am an overall laid back person.
