Hi there! My friend and I need a new place to live (my current location is too noisy and right by city college). We do have a small dog, she's about 30 lbs or less. She is house trained and is such a doll! We both work downtown SB and I attend UCSB as well (I have 3 quarters of school left for my BA... and then I'll probaby stay there for my Masters). We would love a small house, but a duplex or apartment might work as well. Please let me know if you have anything available that might fit something close to these descriptions...
