I am looking for either a 1 bedroom apartment or a decent sized studio. I do need a full bath and full kitchen (with stove/oven/sink). Ideally I would like it to be downtown, but I am open to other areas of Santa Barbara.

I am a quiet 24 year old professional (teacher) finishing up my masters in Education. I am clean/neat and responsible.
Would love to be able to move by the end of June, but would be available to move possibly the end of May beginning of June.
