I am Professor who will be teaching classes at UC Santa Barbara during the winter and spring quarters (Jan-Mid June). I would like to find a place relatively close to campus and with with a price range between $500-$900. I'd prefer my own place, but willing to share a place as well. My family resides in Long Beach and will not be making the move. Thus, I am looking for a small furnished place. I am a non-smoker with no pets. Just me and my books.
