I’m a reliable and responsible male, 51, professional photographer and artist (painter), UCLA Fine Art degree. Recently sold my house in L.A., and looking to move to Carpinteria sometime between November and January. I’m quiet, live alone, non-smoker, no pets.
I’m looking to rent a small house or townhouse, preferably two bedrooms (one for use as my office). I’d like at least a one car garage for storage and a private yard where I can do my paintings. Ideally, short walking distance to the beach. Willing to sign a lease for at least a year, since I tend to stay put once I’m settled in. Up to $2,000 a month for the right place.
