CAMPING LOVE OF ADVENTURE is a nonprofit camping group for single adults and seniors. Monthly events include low cost camping, potlucks, campfires, outings to zoos, museums, nature tours, luncheons & companionship. All widows, widowers, divorced, and unmarried, are more than welcome. Yearly dues are $10.00, which includes a monthly newsletter.

JAN. 23- 29 OCEANO STATE BEACH X, SH CHERYL/JJ OCEANO
1/2 mile South of the city of Pismo Beach on Hwy. 1. Turn west on Pier Ave. Oceano campground is on your right. In the Campground LOOK TO THE LEFT FOR THE TENT SIGN AND FOLLOW THE ROAD TO THE BACK.
FEB. 27-Mar-4 SPORTSMEN’S LODGE CAMP GROUND JUANITA/IONE JOSHUA TREE 6225 Sunburst Ave., Joshua Tree, CA 92252, (760) 366-2915; From Victorville, CA: 114 miles; Head South on Highway 247 (aka: Old Woman Springs Road) towards Yucca Valley. Turn left at Twentynine Palms Highway/SR 62 and head East 5-7 minutes to the community of Joshua Tree. Sunburst St. turns into Sunburst Ave. off of Hwy 62. Turn left when coming from the West.
MAR. 19 - 25 KENNEY GROVE JoANNE/CHUCK FILMORE
From the east ( I-5 ), Take 126 through Fillmore and over the river and look for sign to Kenney Grove Park. Little red barn produce stand on corner. Right on Old Telegraph Rd and follow signs to Kenney Grove Park. From the west (Ventura), Take 126 to Fillmore. Look for sign for Kenney Grove Park (on right side of road) and little red barn on left. ( About 5.1 miles from stop light in Santa Paula.) Left on Old Telegraph Rd. and follow signs to Kenney Grove Park.
APR. 16 - 22 LAKE SUCCESS X GA DIANNE/ADA PORTERVILLE
Hwy 99 to 190 East to Porterville, then about 6 miles to Lake Success (MAY USE GOLDEN ACCESS CARD)
MAY 14 - 20 LAKE CACHUMA X ELAINE/BOBBIE E. of SOLVANG
Hwy. 101 to Hwy. 154 Lake Cachuma right off Hwy, watch for signs. Camp in the Apache Camping area. Turn right at stop sign across from gas station. Follow road around until you see the lake on your left. We are parked across from the lake on the right. DO NOT GO TO APACHE GROUP AREA From Fresno area take 46 to Paso Robles then South on 101 to 154.
JUNE 11– 17 KING CITY C JEAN/J. J. FAIRGROUNDS
Hwy. 101 to King City take CANAL OFF RAMP, turn (EAST) on DIVISION ST. Turn RIGHT on DIVISION, WATCH FOR PARKING LOT ENTRANCE (APPROX I BLOCK), there are 2 Entrances (driveways) on division St. Drive through parking lot to grassy area behind building.
JULY 30 -AUG. 5 MORRO BAY GRANGE C BEV/SHARON MORRO BAY
Hwy. 101 to Hwy 1 to Morro Bay to 41 East, the hall is APPROX. 1 ˝ on the Right. From Paso Robles, South on Hwy 101, West on 41, Morro Bay Grange is on the left 1 ˝ before Hwy. 1.
SEP. 10 – 16 PISMO BEACH STATE CAMPGROUND X, SH JJ/CHERYL PISMO BEACH
North of South Hwy 101 take PRICE ST. Hwy 1 off ramp go West. Turn left on Dolliver ST., camp ground is on the Right. After driving past ranger Station, at “T” turn Left & follow road until you see our signs.
OCT. 8 - 14 LINDY'S LANDING TBA DINUBA
From Paso Robles, take HWY 41 to MOUNTIAN VIEW ST., turn Right, follow Mtn. view approx. 17 miles to SIGN on left side of road for LINDY'S LANDING (ROAD 38). IF YOU CROSS BRIDGE YOU’VE GONE TOO FAR! FROM THE SOUTH, off 99 take MENDINCINO off ramp, the 2nd RED LIGHT is MTN. VIEW, turn R. follow above directions to L.L.
NOV. 5 – 11 SAN SIMEON STATE PARK X, SH RENE’/SHARON N. of CAMBRIA
Hwy. 1 North of Cambria, San Simeon State Park is on the right before you get to Hearst Castle.
DEC. 3– 9 MORRO BAY GRANGE C EVERYONE MORRO BAY
Directions same as August
