We are a private corporate dinning campus with about 600 clients. We are currently seeking a grill/line cook and catering cook to help facilitate our food service needs. We have a very well trained culinary staff and need you to help us finalize our team.
The individual we are looking for must be a self starter, punctual, clean, motivated and able to work without any distractions.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Fast, focused, efficient, dedicated, and have the ability to work well under pressure.
- Responsible and Reliable.
- Fast Knife Skills are critical.
- Take instructions well and be respectful of the rest of the culinary team
- Minimum of 5years experience *Culinary Education Preferred *
- Responsible for ensuring items are prepared according to strict standards and deadlines, also keeping quality control checks in place at all times
- Candidate must be responsible, hard working, reliable, dependable, flexible,
self motivated, and have a friendly personality
- A passion for detail and creativity
- Impeccable personal & kitchen sanitation habits
- Serv Safe Certified or CA Food Handlers Card
