You are invited to Yoga Soup on Monday, May 19th for the first Shiva/Shakti Balancing Workshop. Learn how to give Thai Massage to your partner and receive the healing work yourself. Partner Yoga, chanting and other surprises will be included in the evening. To make the experience more rewarding, it is recommended that you bring your own pillows, blankets, scarves, etc to turn your personal space into a sacred, ceremonious space.
Live music will be offered by Vince Chafin.
Workshop led by Kristen Hoye.
