TriSep Corporation, a global manufacturer of spiral wound membranes, is seeking a full time Technical Service Engineer. This position is based in our Goleta, CA office.
Job summary:
The Technical Service Engineer will provide customer technical support, support SpiraSepTM product growth, drive the returned material process, and assist in product development.
Performance Dimensions and Tasks:
• Respond to technical support questions from sales team and customers
• Design membrane and chemical systems using proprietary projection software
• Support SpiraSepTM product growth with:
o Product expertise
o System design expertise
o Field test support
o System start-up support
o After sale service and support
• Troubleshoot customer product issues
• Oversee and/or execute Returned Material Process
• Product development support
• Support manufacturing of new or prototype products
• Support field testing of new or prototype products
• Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications and Requirements:
• Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
• Entry level position
• Travel 25% - 40%
• Self-motivator
• Ability to work on a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Technical curiosity
