This wood and plastic toy works just fine. You wind it up, the boy's arms go around as does the ferris wheel and it plays music. It's patented in 1964 and is dated '66. It's number is 969. I don't have the people that went with this and the newer ones I do have (which I am not selling) do not stay in the seats when the wheel goes round. The lithos are bright. One yellow litho is missing from one of the spokes and there's a rough spot on that same side on the wooden part that holds the wheel (see pictures). Boy is plastic with a wooden head. There's a small (very small) crack on the top of the boy's hat. All in all in good shape and very collectible.
