Are you an adult of a “certain age” that used to ride horses as a kid or perhaps had a bad experience on horseback and would like to get back into the saddle. Hearts Adaptive Riding has developed a specialized class geared to adults that have anxiety regarding horses and horseback riding. Join the certified riding instructors at Hearts as they slowly get you comfortable with their gentle and well trained therapeutic riding horses. Besides learning horseback riding skills participants will also learn how to groom, saddle and care for a horse.
The class will be limited to only four riders and held every Friday afternoon from 1:30p-2:30p, beginning on May 16th and will run for 7 weeks. The tuition is $350 for the session. Call 964-1519 or email heartsadaptiveriding@yahoo.com for more information or to sign up.
