Lightning in a bottle art Documentary (Santa Barbara)

Hi artists! I am a santa barbara native documentary filmmaker currently getting prepared for my last documentary class at brooks institute before I graduate in June. I have only heard good things about the lightning in a bottle experience and want to produce a 20-30 minute documentary about the wonderful music, art, and people that join in beautiful SB at this festival. My first task is to contact the right people to get me in and get approved to film which i am having trouble doing. If anyone would have any information about who i should talk to, or if you would like to be part of my documentary in any way or have any ideas i would greatly appreciate it. Thank You
