WANT studio/storage space (Goleta/Gaviota)

Hi,
I have two needs -- first, I am a working artist (see my work at www.pinedancestudio.com) in Santa Barbara and need studio space; second, my husband and I want to drastically reduce our stored possessions. Therefore I am looking for dry, secure, affordable work space (NOT LIVING SPACE) 400 +/- sq ft into which we can move our stuff and decide what to keep/sell. When we have made those decisions, the space will evolve into my studio. In a perfect world (what the heck!) it would have windows, electricity and a sink.
***We are NOT looking for a living space!***
Security and location in safe area are most important. Willing to consider unique spaces -- barn, shed, quonset, warehouse, mobile, cabin, etc, as long as dry/very secure. We live north of Goleta so I am thinking locations from Gaviota to the upper part of Santa Barbara might work best. In any case, let me know your ideas and we can go from there. Thanks.
