Greetings,
The sailing season has begun and I've decided to offer rides & private sailing lessons in exchange for donations to keep my catamaran in operation. This is not a business venture; I'm offering a few new comers to catamaran sailing a unique and unforgettable opportunity.
I have over 25 years of sailing experience and safety is my #1 priority. I carry Coast Guard approved Life Jackets which must be worn.
Here's some things you need to know:
· Catamaran sailing is fast & thrilling. On a windy day it's similar to a roller coaster ride so you must be mentally and physically prepared.
· You don't need to know how to sail but you do need to know how to swim in the unlikely event that you fall overboard.
· The maximum weight allowance for 1-2 individuals is 300 pounds (weight is a significant factor on a catamaran).
· You may get wet from sea spray. A wetsuit or waterproof top is strongly recommended. Teva sandals are also very appropriate.
· Each sailing session
lasts about two hours, I guarantee your enjoyment or I'll immediately return you to shore.
