I want to meet Japanese people (Santa Barbara, CA)

I'm not an English native because i have latino parents and i wasn't raised with English. I hear most Japanese that come to the USA want to meet Natives of English. But is there any Japanese would be happy to meet AMericans who are not English natives?
I learn Japanese and it would be nice if there were some Japanese people interested in people other than native English spearkers. I'm not very smart but I have a lot of interests and i also like teaching: )
